BCCI confirms India-Sri Lanka Test itinerary

The first match of the three-Test series between Sri Lanka and India will be held in Chennai from December 2 to 6.

As decided earlier by the BCCI Fixtures Committee, the venue of second and third Tests would be Delhi and Kanpur respectively, Indian Cricket Board Secretary SK Nair said in Chennai on Wednesday.

As per the request of the Sri Lankan Cricket Board, a warm-up match had been arranged in Bangalore from November 26 to 28, he said.

The second Test in Delhi will be held from December 10 to 14 while the Third will be played in Kanpur from December 18 to 22.

Chennai is also hosting the third one-day international between India and South Africa on November 22.
