Ganguly, who led the Indians to an impressive tour Down Under early this year, said he was "quite surprised" to see the Aussies not indulging much into sledging but focusing more on their own game. "This Australian team is not so much into sledging like the previous ones. They play their game," the skipper said in an interview to a FM channel in Kolkata. Ganguly, who had rated the tour Down Under above the successful campaign in Pakistan, said he felt proud for the performance of his boys in Australia, where India drew the Test series, but lost the triangular series finals. Expressing satisfaction at India's emergence as the closest rivals to the World Cup champions, Ganguly said he considered himself "lucky" to have a bunch of talented youngsters like pacers Lakshmipathy Balaji, Irfan Pathan, wicketkeeper Parthiv Patel as also other members of the team, who had high level of motivation for winning matches. Commenting about the Pakistan tour, the left hander said he was quite impressed with the bowling performance of speedster Shoaib Akhtar and Mohammad Sami. Given that they bowled at an average speed of about 90 miles per hour, it was a "tough job" to play them. At a personal level, the local hero said he considered his daughter 'Sana' to be his greatest possession.
