India’s Mithali Raj has become the highest run scorer in the history of women's Test cricket.
The 19-year-old batsman from Jodhpur hit an unbeaten 210 to take India to 445 for six against England at Taunton. Her runs came off 399 balls, with 19 fours, and she passed the previous world record of 209 set by Australia's Karen Rolton, also against England, at Leeds last year.
Raj was involved in a 144 runs partnership with Hemlata Kala, who was run out for 62.
