By IndiaExpress Bureau
Kochi, the venue of Wednesday's One-dayer between India and Zimbabwe, is in the grip of cricket fever. Infected by the spirit of the game, a star hotel has rustled up a mouth-watering Indian and continental buffet. But there is a difference.
The rich spread for cricket buffs has been named after the players and includes 'Prince of Kolkata' (Ganguly), Heath's chicken, Douglas's 'Scoop,' Kumble's flipper, Bhajji's (Harbhajan) 'Doosra,' Zaheer's 'Yorker,' Dravid's 'Square Drive,' Andy's 'reverse sweep,' Mongia's 'Magic,' Travis's 'Onslaught,' and 'Jumping Campbell' among others.
Priced at Rs 300 plus tax, the hotel - Taj Residency, where both the teams will stay, expects it to go down well with cricket fans from all over, hotel sources said.
