Paes-Bhupathi win their second straight title

Former World number one Indian duo of Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi warded off a stiff fight set resistance to overpower Kevin Kim and Jim Thomas(USA) 7-6,6-2 and win the doubles title in the 350,000 Dollar US clay court Championships at Houston on Monday.

The Indian pair was taken to a tie breaker in the first set but they made a short work of the American pair in the next conceding only two points to clinch the issue.

This was the second straight win for the Indian pair, who had last week won the Verizon Atlanta Challenge defeating top-ranked pair of Rick Leach and D.MacPherson.
