However, the actor will have to be present in court on November 16, when arguments on whether the charges leveled against the actor should be committed to the sessions court, will be heard. Another application for return of property filed by the actor will also be heard on the same day, said defence lawyer H S Anand. Salman has been charged under section 304 (2) of the IPC, sections of the Motor Vehicles Act and the Prohibition Act for rash and negligent driving, resulting in the death of one person and injury to four others on September 28.
