With enthusiastic support from the Confederation of Indian Industries(CII), BBP presents to the nation complete, individual renditions of the national anthem by music maestros like Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhosle together, Pandit Bhimsen Joshi, Pt. Hari Prasad Chaurasia, D K Pattammal and Jagjit Singh. The music has been scored by A K Rahman while the films have been directed by Bala and Kanika. This is a combined effort of BBP, all TV channels & CII. Each film is presented in a unique manner with the artists -- the anthem in their own style, bringing Indians closer to their national anthem through these fresh rendition from their favorite music greats. These exclusive films will be telecast to the nation, throughout the day, with support of all television channels of India. The films can be seen on Star News, Aaj Tak, Set Max, Doordarshan, Doordarshan Metro, DD News, DD International, DD Sports and all DD regional Kendras, Channel V, B4U Music & Movies, Universal, MTV, ETC, Sahara, Sabe TV, Asianet, Eenadu TV, Raj TV, Sun TV, Zee Network - ZEE News, ZEE Cinema, ZEE Music, ZEE English, ZEE MGM and Jaya TV & Vijay TV. This is once again a fresh endeavor by Bala and Kanika make the country reverberate with the national anthem, invoking national pride. These films also will go a long way in enhancing the new found freedom of Indians to fly their national flag at every given opportunity.
