Fat - 15 gms 6. Cold water to make stiff dough - 1 tblsp 7. Oil for deep frying Method : 1. Sift the flour, add ajwain and crushed pepper corns. 1. Rub in fat to give a bread crumb appearance 2. Make a stiff dough with water 3. Divide into four portions and roll into 2 ½ inch round 4. Prick with a fork at 2 - 3 places 5. Deep fry in oil on slow fire till golden brown 6.
