Vegetable Kebabs

Ingredients
1 green pepper, deseeded and chopped into ¾ in (2 cm) squares
1 red pepper, deseeded and chopped into ¾ in (2 cm) squares
1 large Spanish onion, peeled and cut into large pieces, or 6 oz (150 g) small button onions, peeled
8 oz (200 g) button mush

Recipe
Pre-heat oven to 180o C, 350o F, or Gas Mark 4.

Thread vegetable pieces alternately on four skewers to make four kebabs.
