SSREI launches banking software

Software Systems Re-Engineering India has launched a new creit and investment rating software CCEx for the banking and insurance industries.

The product, claimed to be the first of its kind in this region, "is a complete credit appraisal and rating expert system for credit managers and investment analysts," said Ramesh Madhavan, director, SSREI. It also incorporates interfaces with the CMIE corporate database.

We have already executed 10 projects for our Indian clients, and are negotiating with several leading banks at present," Madhavan said. The company is also negotiating with some hardware vendors for OEM arrangements; IBM-TISL has agreed to bundle the software with its line of high-end Unix servers.
