Vermicelli Payasam

(for 4 persons), Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
750 gm: milk,
1 1/2 cup: sugar,
100 gm: sevian,
1/4 cup: chopped and fried dry fruits,
1 tsp: pure ghee
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan. Add sevian and fry well. Remove from fire and keep aside.

Now heat milk. When it reduces to half add roasted sevian and cook for a while. Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves. Now add fried dry fruits. Cool and serve.
