Stuffed Lady's Finger

(For 2-4 persons)
Cooking time : 30-35 minutes
Ingredients:
400 gm lady's finger (bhindi), 200 gm paneer
2 big tomatoes,1/2 small tsp red chilli powder
1/3 small tsp white cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp salt
1 big tbsp oil, (for paneer and tomato)
2 big tbsp oil (for frying bhindi)

For garnishing:
2-3 green chillies,1-2 tomatoes

Method: Wash lady's finger and dry with a cloth. Remove both ends and top. Give a lengthwise cut in the middle.

Wash and mash the paneer. Heat oil in a pan and fry the mashed tomatoes. Put red chilli powder, white cumin seeds, salt and add mashed cheese. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.

Remove from fire and stuff it in the bhindi.

Heat oil in a pan and cook the stuffed bhindi until tender by covering it and keeping it on slow fire. Garnish with green chillies and tomatoes. Serve hot at lunch or dinner.
