
Ingredients
1 coconut, scraped 200gms sugar 50gms ghee 2 cardamoms 1 tbsp fried cashewnuts
* Fry the scrapped coconut in a little ghee.
* Add sugar and cook on a low fire. Add ghee and keep stirring.
* When the mixture is thick and beginning to set, add cardamom powder and nuts.
* Spread in a greased plate. Cool and cut into squares.
