It's definitely one of the better eating places in the city. And definitely one of places where the fare has remained consistently good. Did I say good. I underestimate - grossly so. Casa Picola - it's the place to have a love affair with your taste buds.
Serving a delightful array of Continental cuisine and ofcourse good ole American burgers and shakes - Casa's has become the favourite with almost everyone who enjoys a good meal.Grab a mouthful of their mouthwatering pizzas or sink your teeth into a juicy burger that has no match in this city, or sample their amazing pasta. Cap it with any one of the delicious ice creams and voila ... you've died and gone to heaven.
But what's probably the most incredible thing about Casa's is their uncanny ablity to serve just the right amount. So you don't go away feeling like a duck that's ready for the oven, or that both your wallet and your stomach are not as full as they should be.
Recent times have seen a new addition to Casa's menu. Every Casa Picola outlet has attached to it a tiny gift shop called Raga. So while you're waiting to appease your palate, give your other senses a feast as well. Earthenware bowls, pots, lampshades, friendship bands, earrings, scented candles and a whole assortment of other artifacts you'd love to call your own. Ofcourse you'd love to stay and browse a little while longer but the steward arrives ( Quite quickly I might add) with the date your stomach has been dreaming about for a lifetime. And when you leave, you'll do so in a mist of contentment dreaming already of your next visit to this gastronomic paradise.
