CARROT HALWA
500 gms. Carrots, 300 gms. Sugar
100 gms. Ghee, 200 ml. Milk
2 Cardamoms , 1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp cashewnuts
Grate the carrots finely. Fry in a little ghee and add the milk. Cook.
When the carrots are soft and the milk has evaporated, add the sugar and cook till the mixture is soft.
Add ghee and cook till the sweet is dry and ready.
Add cardamom powder, fried cashewnuts and raisins. Cool and serve with cream if desired.
